Liam Gallagher took a swipe at his brother Noel during his band Beady Eye's debut appearance at Britain's Reading Festival on Friday night (26Aug11).
The pair famously disbanded Oasis in 2009 after falling out before a gig in France. They have since traded insults through the press, with Liam even launching legal action against his sibling earlier this month (Aug11).
According to U.K. reports, Liam decided to drop the legal spat after Noel apologised for telling reporters the singer had pulled out of Britain's 2009 V Festival because he had a hangover rather than laryngitis - the reason given at the time.
But Gallagher couldn't help taking aim at his estranged brother during his new band's set at Reading, telling the crowd Noel was probably "somewhere over there playing a f**king acoustic guitar".
